Inextricably Tied

Inextricably Tied by Aveda Vice

My rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Big Stars

Inextricably Tied was my most anticipated release of 2022 and HOLY BANANAPANTS did it deliver. I was immediately obsessed with Harbinger and Flint as soon as started Skin (Lost Touch Duet #1) and had been absolutely salivating for their HEA since last year. But when Aveda announced that Inextricably Tied was going to be a poly romance with Harbin, Flint, and a night terror??? Named Agony???

ALL BETS WERE OFF.

I loved every bit of this book. Agony’s snark. Flint’s stoicism. Harbin’s recklessness. The way the three of them come together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. As they (begrudgingly on some of their part’s)(it’s Flint) work together to find the missing girls thought to be the victims of a serial killer, each of them is forced to face the trauma of their own pasts and learn how to rely on each other to come out stronger on the other side. And they have hot-as-fuck sex along the way. It’s great.

There are so many amazing elements in Inextricably Tied. You get romance, horror, suspense, monster banging, overcoming religious trauma, “I-hate-you-but-I-also-wanna-fuck-you”, an amorphous shadowy being with a smart mouth. TEARS. You know, all the hits. (I really did cry for the like 3 chapters y’all. It might have been less. Aveda was MESSING WITH MY EMOTIONS.)

Long story, short: I’m obsessed. I loved the dynamic Agony brought and the challenges he, Harbin and Flint had to overcome to get their HEA. Check out the content warnings for this one before you jump in and then just enjoy the damn ride. 🖤

I received an ARC of this book via Patreon and am friends with the author on SM.
